3. Return Eligibility

Customers in the United States (USA), Australia (AU), and New Zealand (NZ) may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving their order.

Conditions for Return
  • Unused & Undamaged: Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Original Packaging: All original labels, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns Due to Change of Mind

  • Refunds will be issued minus applicable restocking fees.
Defective or Damaged Goods
